Verified residentI discovered Tiverbend while visiting New Braunfels to relocate. I fell in love with the limestone and terra cotta colors of the exterior buildings. I absolutely adore that a walk along the Guadalupe river is just a few steps away. The ducks, birds, and owls make the whole area magical. The firepi with adriondack chairs is awesome! The kaktay rack to store yiur personal own or lease one is convenient. The pool is beaiful with has grill, 2 cabanas with lights, and TV are comfortable and perfect for an outing with family, friends, or by yourself.
