    The amenities are good but some of the neighbors don’t pick up their dog poop and have messy patios. Some also park their pick up trucks blocking the sidewalk. Fetch is 20 bucks a month but your package can be delayed 2 days instead of the same day Amazon delivery ( you are paying twice for delivery). Above all, it’s a great place to live in
