TENANT CRITERIA: MUST have a FICO credit score of 600+.(Experian) Gross monthly income MUST be 3 times the monthly rent of the property. MUST have good rental history: NO prior evictions or owing any money to a previous rental property (repairs/Rent, etc.) If you have an eviction or owe someone for rent - automatic denial. Bankruptcy in the last 2 years - Automatic Denial Be able to pay security deposit a full month's rent, certified funds. Security Deposit due to Cornerstone Realty within 48 hours of verbal commitment and application approval. The Lease start date must be within 10 days after approval (certain exceptions may apply).
