$200 cleaning fee
$200 pet fee, maximum of one approved dog
Security deposit equal to one-half month's rent for a 31-day stay
Security deposit equal to one month's rent for stays longer than 31 days
Stays of 31-90 days are subject to 9.25% sales tax
Stays of 91 days or longer are not subject to sales tax

One dog is allowed- no other pets are permitted. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome and are not considered pets. Dogs restricted by law, previously aggressive, trained to fight or attack, deemed dangerous, or illegal to own are not permitted.
