We are scheduling appointments for in-person tours. Please, contact us as soon as possible to reserve your viewing time frame. Preparing for your Appointment:
• Attendees are responsible to provide and wear their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). PPE will not be provided.
• All attendees will wear a face covering as required by the state.
• Please maintain "Social Distancing" of 6 feet.
• The owner agrees that the Property will be made available to be physically shown to potential tenants and/or their agent during the COVID-19 Emergency known as “Visiting Party”. The Visiting Party or others entering the Property with or on their behalf agree to enter the Property at their own risk.
• The Visiting Party agrees to take and to ensure that all persons entering the Property with them or on their behalf take reasonable precautions to protect Owner’s representative and Visiting Party against exposure to or the possibility of contracting COVID-19 by complying with federal CDC, state, and local directives and guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 Emergency.
• No minors allowed inside the property.
• Groups should be limited to no more than 3 people.
We base our decision on standard criteria including rental and credit history, ability to pay rent, and background check results. We will decline applicants for any of the following:
Prior Evictions within four (4) years of application
The average combined credit score for all Applicants is below 620
Identity cannot be verified
Income cannot be verified
No open bankruptcies or bankruptcies within the past 5 years
Insufficient income – Verifiable gross household monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rental amount. Total rent payment per month cannot be more than 40% of the applicants’ combined gross monthly income
Any landlord collection in the past 5 years
A conviction for the illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance Accepts Section 8.
