I'm totally confused about HOW MUCH THE APPLICATION FEE WHICH SAYS $40 ON THE APP VERSUS WHAT I WAS TOLD IN PERSON WHICH WAS $55, HOW IN THE HELLLLLLLL DOES THAT HAPPEN?
