The application process includes a $50 fee per applicant and looks at the following:
Income (minimum 3x the rent)
Credit score (no minimum, as it's considered with other factors as part of a comprehensive applicant score)
Rental history (3+ years total, with at least 12 months at your current residence must be on the lease agreement, with no evictions)
Employment income (12+ months of continuous employment)
Other income (12 months of payments is averaged)
Criminal background (no convictions related to violent felonies, property crimes, or financial crimes)

Please note:

1. This property is only available to local applicants. We're unable to accommodate those moving from 50 miles or more away.

2. No more than six (6) residents for this home.

3. We do accept animals up to two dogs (depending on the number of residents and breed restrictions based on insurance). Cats aren't allowed, and other animals are considered at the landlord's discretion. There is a one-time $35 fee and $35 per month, per animal.
