Verified residentReview source: verified residentNEW TENANT. DID NOT GET EVERYTHING AT FIRST, LIKE SOME CODE FOR DIERCTV & bathtub faucet on/off puller needs WD40?? BUT since they had a lot of new tenants at once in Match & April, one needs a little patience. However, the kitchen sink faucet is too large (industrial size) for small sink. The last mgr said nothing to be done. I believe they will need to change it out to reasonable size for sink. My first time in my life in such a heavily secured bldg & no patio & I am on 5th flr with 24/7 need for oxygen. Not to dwell on this but, my spinal discs are all "bulging" so I cannot walk far . I have an electric battery scooter. We had a blackout in area for 2.5 hrs, I switched to my tanks, but considered what next, if too long without electricity. Love all paid for amenities at reasonable rent! I just highly recommended this Studio apt bldg for an RTC ACCESS BUS driver & asked him to note my name if he rents!! His name is Christopher! Nice guy! All others I have met here also very nice people!!
