The move-in date must be within two weeks of application approval, and the processing time for applications can take up to 5 business days.

Qualification Criteria:
Credit Score: A minimum of 650 is required.
Background: Must have a clear background check.
Rental History: Positive rental history is required.
Income Ratios: Rent-to-income ratio must be less than 30% and debt-to-income ratio less than 40%.

Fees and Costs:
Application Fee: Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
Lease Agreement: All adults applying must complete their application separately and be included on the lease agreement.

Moving Costs: Include prorated rent (for the 1st month or both the 1st and 2nd months, depending on whether the move-in date is before or after the 15th), security deposit (potentially double, based on credit score), along with cleaning, carpet cleaning, pet (if applicable), and key deposits.
