Verified residentReview source: verified residentAmenities are there, but only available at office hours, which to me render them unusable, since I am working at those hours. Management and Maintenance seem to be working to fix the stuff we need, but there's always either something missing. Noise is not the best, I live on the far side from Paseo, and can still hear a lot of the cars, which is not ideal, maybe more soundproof windows would help. Value is good, I would only prefer if I could use more of the amenities. Parking, at least to me is excellent and the location is the best for me also.
