I believe that for the amount charged, the apartment could be in better condition. Unfortunately, I did not tour the apartment before signing the lease, which contributed to the issue. There are open holes throughout the apartment, likely the source of the insect problem. It's evident that they simply covered the holes with paint, as they did in the kitchen when I moved in, resulting in poor-quality paintwork. The paint throughout the apartment gets stained very easily, which is unusual. Although the centipede and insect issue has improved after pest control visited twice within the first month, it remains a concern. The only positive aspects are the in-unit washer and dryer and the first-floor location, which were my primary requirements. Overall, the apartment does not meet expectations.
Better experience living in this apartment than the previous one I lived in.
