Verified residentReview source: verified residentI am satisfied most of the time living here. It is a great location and the walking is calming with the view day and night. My bathroom faucet has a slow leak. However Luke tried to repair it and said it was the installation. If it drips it’s ok. Well it’s drips and fills a cup in less than 40 minutes. I feel that is a waste of water. It’s consistent. That’s the only reason o said somewhat satisfied. Also parking is great but personal I love e the outdoor by my apartment and I usually lose the space. That is not an issue overall. There is always a spot available somewhere.
