Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe management is my main issue with Bexley. My apartment flooded for an entire week even though it could’ve been fixed on the second day if Bexley wasn’t so cheap and hired a qualified plumber. When they heard the plumbers quote they turned him away even though it could’ve been fixed same day. They had their amateur maintenance team looking at an extremely difficult plumbing issue with no experience or knowledge on how to fix it. It was hard getting the management to actually care about our situation. Similarly to how they handled the fires that happened at a different building in our complex. Amenities and location are great but I’m not sure if it makes up for the inadequacies on the management side in addition to all the bugs and mice I’ve had in my apartment since I moved in ONE month ago.
