Verified residentReview source: verified residentPool closed for repairs soon after my lease started, was not reopened until spring the next year. My apartment flooded, I didn't receive any notification from management about it I just came home to find multiple people installing multiple industrial size fans and an industrial sized humidifier in my apartment. My dog and I had to live with them running 24/7 for more than a week, even while trying to sleep. No communication from management about how long it would take or anything, one day they were just gone. Management then offered me a gift card to a restaurant for my trouble but never got back to me about it.
