910 Sylvan is an adorable bungalow! The location provides an easy walk to U of M's central campus, and it is just a few blocks from Yost Arena and the athletic complexes.
The cute 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is split level with the living room and one bedroom on the main floor; the kitchen, dining, and laundry on the lowest floor; and two bedrooms and the bathroom on the top floor. All three bedrooms and the living room have beautiful hardwood floors. There is also a great yard and driveway parking.
Lawn care is included in rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities plus snow removal. Pets are not allowed.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
