Verified residentReview source: verified residentI have lived here for 32 years, they office and maintenance teams are responsive, attentive, always willing to help...my experience has been great overall and have just re-upped for 14 months, then will do onward. There is some noise pollution from a busier expressway but it is somewhat mitigated by trees and other plantings...the Marquette people are aware of this and will be doing (and have done) what they can to mitigate.
