Verified residentReview source: verified residentI’ve been trying to get in touch with management for several days now. Trying to put in a new maintenance request and follow up on an old request that hasn’t been completed. You guys do not answer the phone. I am unable to leave a voice message due to it being full. I’ve put in a maintenance request almost two months ago and nothing has been fix. The apartments appears to be infested with roaches, mold, etc. It is no way this black substance keeps forming at the bottom of my closet! Im tired of cleaning it. I have pictures and videos as well. I believe that it is mold and the drywall needs to be replaced! They will not answer any phone calls so I guess I’ll leave this here! I’ve only been here for 4 months and I HATE IT.
