The kitchenette has sink, countertop, cabinets, refrigerator and Microwave , electric skillet and small appliances. No stove. The bedroom has a Double sized bed, and a wardrobe. A desk for study. Since Walter Reed hospital is close by I always have Army personnel staying here. The house is old but everything is functional. Very good location and safe, quiet neighborhood . Your unit has washer-dryer. The unit next to you doesn't have washer dryer. Therefore if you stay here let the other person use the washer dryer in weekly basis. Other things to note It is already mentioned before - this is part of a large house. The entire house was one vacation rental before for 16 people. But couldn't able to control the noise. Neighbors complained. Therefore the house is segmented in few units.
