This 2-bedroom 1.5 bath home has hardwood floors, kitchen, large rear yard, storage attic and basement and a stack washer/dryer. The large bedroom has a skylight. There are water views from the front porch and rear balcony. Keep your kayak in the basement and put it over into Spa Creek at the end of the street. There is a ladder at the end of the creek. As most other homes on this street have their own driveways street parking here is not difficult.
