Off the main room is a bonus space that could be used as a separate livingroom. The kitchen is very spacious and has room to fit a dining table. It gets great natural light and has a dishwasher, full size fridge and gas range. Off the back door is a lovely courtyard and patio! This home is one block from Magazine St. walking distance to lots of shops and cafes.
