6. You may not have evictions filed against you in the last 5 years.
7. You must have a good rental history with references for the past 5 years.
8. You must not have any judgements on your record from a property management company or apartment complex.
9. You may not have any collections accounts on your record from utilities companies.
10. What animals do you have? Animals are accepted with some limitations. Ask for details.
11. During the application process your credit report and background check will be reviewed.

Lease Details
• Our lease terms are normally a minimum of 24 months. Other terms considered but rent might vary.
