Number of Pets Allowed by Landlord

Our pet policy for most properties is that 1 or more pet is possible if the tenant has a credit score of 700 or more. Tenants are required to immediately pay an additional $300 pet deposit and an additional $25 per month per pet rent.

All tenants and cosigners h must fill out a separate application with their own information. Registered offenders are not accepted. Convicted felons will be declined. This is a Non-smoking property. Marijuana smoking, vaping, or any form of tobacco use is not accepted.

Tenants Do Mowing and Snow Removal

Unless specifically advertised otherwise, Tenants do their own mowing and snow removal at their own expense. For buildings with more than 3 units, the landlord will consider doing the mowing and snow removal.
