The property is a recently renovated 2 bedroom flat in Telegraph Hill/North Beach area. Its located on a quiet cul-de-sac on top of the Vallejo Steps and is just 1.5 blocks away from the heart of North Beach where all the wonderful cafes and restaurants are located. Its a 15-minute walk to downtown financial district and a 10-minute walk to Coit Tower. Its a 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk to Fishermans Wharf, and the same to Union Square. Chinatown is just 3 blocks away. The location could not be better whether you are working in the FiDi or wanting a longer term tourist type stay.

Our downstairs neighbor is known as the Mayor of the Vallejo Steps. He and his dog, Abby, will be happy to answer any questions you may have about pretty much anything SF related and is always available to share a glass of wine on the steps.

The cul-de-sac and Vallejo steps in front of our building mean that the apt is peaceful and has a great view of downtown SF Financial District and the Bay Bridge. It is a common route for visitors walking the city. There is also a wonderful and well-maintained garden on the Vallejo Steps. The famous Telegraph Hill parrots frequently visit the property.

The Living room has a new sofa that can comfortably accommodate . This room can also be converted into a full bedroom if your party has more than . We frequently host grad students looking for close proximity to their school and are happy to accommodate their particular needs.

Both bedrooms have queen beds and USB charging ports in the lamps. There is ample closet space.

The bath has just been converted to a glass shower enclosure with both rain and handheld showerheads and a new sink cabinet installed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a second TV.

All bedding and towels provided for every person / bed and then some.

The apartment has a high-end LG washer and dryer just outside the back door on the porch.

We also have a separate secure storage area if you have extra luggage and or sports equipment that you need to bring with you.
