I moved to renovated a renovated apartment about 6 months ago and I must say some of the workmanship is disappointing . the countertops in both bathrooms are pitted and you can see where someone put glasses down because the countertops are stained from the glasses as well as water stains . the cabinets in the kitchen needed to have supports put under them because they were falling down to the floor. and there is drops of paint all over the apartment from where they painted and did not clean it up . also there is black paint that is on the columns as well as on the side of the apartment and the railings on the patio have all peeled from the black paint . also there is no insulation for apartments above us and it can be quite noisy . I must say that maintenance is fantastic and I have absolutely no complaints . and the grounds are kept up very nice . you asked for our input and this is mine .
