The front office staff is responsive and answers all questions in a timely manner. The maintenance team here is amazing. They really go out of their way to fix any issues super fast. The amenities are so nice. The apartments are beautiful. The walls are a little thin and you can easily hear your neighbors so hopefully everyone is mindful of that. The construction is very loud during the day but luckily that will be temporary.

What it’s like to live in East Tampa
East Tampa offers authentic community character with affordable housing just minutes from downtown. Rental homes typically feature more yard space and parking than similarly priced options in trendier districts. Harbour Island
Harbour Island
What it’s like to live in Harbour Island
Urban sophistication with waterfront prestige defines Harbour Island, where Tampa's premier address offers distinctive living directly adjacent to downtown. High-rise condos and townhomes feature water views across Garrison Channel and Hillsborough Bay, creating premium vistas from most properties. The walkable neighborhood includes upscale restaurants and shops along tree-lined streets resembling a sophisticated small town rather than typical urban environments. While commanding Tampa's highest rental rates and occasional special events create temporary access challenges, the combination of waterfront positioning, architectural distinction, and walkable access to downtown employment creates unparalleled urban living for those prioritizing sophisticated environments over maximum affordability. Perfect for professionals seeking luxury rental experiences who value waterfront prestige and urban convenience over suburban space or budget considerations.
