Cute clean 2/1 with carport in Disston neighborhood near 49th St and public transit. Half-way between downtown St Petersburg and the beach, house has central AC, new LVP flooring and blinds throughout. Nice living room with dining area near kitchen. Yard with shade tree in back. Laundry room with washer-dryer hookups behind carport, but there is a nice laundromat just a few blocks away, too. First and last month's rent plus security deposit moves you in with approval of application. Last month rent can be paid in 3 installments. No pets and no smokers, please.
