All applicants much attach a driver's license and completed application to the HOA when submitting to a background check(s) and pay their fee directly to the HOA. NOTE: This lease comes with assure of all appliance repairs under a "Broward Factory Appliance Service," / Home Warranty" to support functional A/C and all kitchen appliances are operable to the best of their ability. It's tenant responsibility to change the air filters regularly.
HALF DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: $4,800 DUE AT LEASE SIGNING. This deposit is half of the total needed for your first month's rent, your last month's rent and your security deposit. The other half of $4,800 is due on or before your actual move-in date.
All background check fees, per the Sterling Hill H.O.A, are required after your initial approval with the leasing office and will be paid directly to the HOA management company in their local office. No person(s) with crimes against children or with a history of violent felonies are permitted in this community.
