Three cats (one is 2 year old, one at 5 years old, one at 8 years), and 2 dogs (8 year old Doberman, a Husky at 3 years old). Renter's Insurance required. 1st and last month rent due at signing of renter's agreement. $55 application/background check. Would prefer female tenant (because of son), but open to all. Couples will be higher rent.
