Super cute guest apartment is available beginning May.
Rates are for a 2 person max occupancy.
ONE dog can be allowed, with deposit. Dog must be under 30 lbs, up to date on shots and human/dog friendly and must not be a persitent barker!
We like our neighbors! No aggressive breeds and no other animals permitted on property.
Also-We do not allow smokers of any kind on any of our properties.
So u must be a NON smoker , not a sometimes smoker-not an only at work smoker, etc etc.
No drugs, of any sort allowed on property. These rules are applied toward your personal guests as well.
Now to the description!
This space is separated from the main house with a large 2 car garage so plenty of privacy!
Half of garage is offered as a courtesy parking space as well as the designated large concrete driveway leading up to the garage.
Kitchen has a full sized fridge, microwave, oven/stove, and a nice big sink.
Cookware, flatware, glassware and utensils are provided as needed.
Living room/kitchen combo space is furnished with a futon, comfy chairs and an end/tv table. A fold up table is also provided.
Bedroom has a new bed and mattress, 2 dressers, a night stand and lamps.
Bathroom has a shower/tub combo and private screened in porch includes full sized washer and dryer.
Bed linens, pillows, and towels are included as well.
Rate includes electric and water.
Wireless internet and cable are offered free as a courtesy.
Apt has its own central A/C and heat and plenty of windows with natural light coming in.
Nice outdoor patio area and partially fenced yard-private from the main house!
Neighborhood is dog (and human) friendly!
and again-You must be a NON smoker to stay here!
Bonus-I have a lockable 10x10 workshop/storage shed with electric on property for rent as well.
Great if you brought tons of water/beach/fishing/golf gear but dont want to lug it around all day...
or if you like to tinker/woodwork/paint and need that shop space to play.
