I enjoy living at The Palms. There is the usual noise you experience living in a complex but management is outstanding about staying on top of things. Maintenance is also top notch. Just renewed my lease and it was also a phenomenal experience- not the usual rent increase for no reason behavior of many complexes in Florida!
