    Their advertisement on Apartment List stated there would be an ice maker, there is unfortunately no ice maker. The apartments are old so some things are to be expected to be worn down. As for maintenance, I had a water bubble show up in my ceiling above my shower, come to find out it was a problem above me. They fixed the problem above me but left ceiling to rot with the water damage that was already there. Also, it is clear that someone smoked in this apartment before I moved in, when this is supposed to be a smoke free apartment complex. I also found that not everything was clean when moving in. Overall, I feel like the price doesn't match the quality.
