The dining room has seating for six, and the I-shaped couch with an ottoman in the living room seats five. For entertainment you'll have a 40" flat-screen TV and plenty of board games. Feel free to light the wood-burning fireplace. Here, your backyard is the ocean! If it's breezy, there's a glass enclosed dining area with a long table that will block the wind (but not your view of the ocean). The deck has 2 lounge chairs and a table for 4. A stone walkway with a few stairs is all that separates you from the beach and epic sunsets. The guest room has two twin-size beds, a shared nightstand, a glass sliding door closet and plenty of puzzles, games, and children's books. The guest bath next door has a stone tiled shower. In the spacious master bedroom there is a loveseat, a California king-size bed, and a dresser with a 40" flat-screen TV. The furniture matches the driftwood feel of the floors. The en-suite master bathroom has a shower with a bench, and a convenient extra makeup vanity. Don't worry about anything, new and clean towels, blankets, and linens have been provided for you. Solimar is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Ventura, which has theatres, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Try Anacapa Brewing Company for local beers, or Lure Fish House for fresh-caught oysters. A 30-minute drive in the opposite direction brings you to Santa Barbara, where the zoo and the wharf make for a perfect family-friendly day trip.
