Relax with the whole family at this peaceful gated place. This place is on a mountain resort and is ideal for a family of up to 8, but can accommodate up to 12 people. This is a fully-furnished upscale house, with its own gourmet kitchen and 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom in the kitchen, and industrial-sized refrigerator and a large oven with a pantry. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can remove most things your do not want and keep what you want. This is a single family house on a resort (there are other properties on the resort that can be used for guests or AirBnB), but not attached to this house. Other properties may be included for additional fees.

There is fire pit outside in the backyard.

The resort is gated and the entire mountain is also gated with only 6 households right now. The rest are mostly avocado farms.
