Verified residentReview source: verified residentI gave lowered scores for Parking and Noise. I am concerned about parking when most of the units will be rented. parking already seems to be an issue in some areas of the property. Lower Score for Noise is due to two cases. First is the A/C is pretty loud, whenever it kicks on you have to turn the volume up pretty high on anything you are trying to listen/ watch. Second is that I tend to get people outside of my unit on the sidewalk late at night having conversations right outside my window.
