Lower Score for Noise is due to two cases. First is the A/C is pretty loud, whenever it kicks on you have to turn the volume up pretty high on anything you are trying to listen/ watch. Second is that I tend to get people outside of my unit on the sidewalk late at night having conversations right outside my window.”
