-Washer and dryer hookups in dedicated laundry room (tenant to provide washer and dryer)

APPLICATION, LEASE CONDITIONS, AND OTHER FEES:
-Application Fee: $40 per adult
-Lease Term: 11 month lease
-This property is smoke-free (no smoking allowed inside or outside)
-Resident to pay a $24 monthly risk protection fee as additional rent. This is not renters insurance and does not replace required coverage.

RENTAL CRITERIA (Summary):
-Verifiable income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent
-Minimum credit score: 650 (We use VantageScore 4.0 – range is 300–-850)
-Minimum of 2 years verifiable positive rental or mortgage history
-One full month’s rent plus the security deposit must be paid in full prior to move-in
