The space
Our desert oasis awaits you at Casa La Paz, located inside the prestigious gates of the Puerta Azul Community. Step into this professionally furnished and staged model home. The custom villa is just steps away from the community pool and Clubhouse, as well as tennis courts. Guests have access to the fitness room located inside the Clubhouse, along with two swimming pools and an Old World Bocci Ball court. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

You will be welcomed by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival. We are always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations via phone or text.

Enjoy complimentary high-speed wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) throughout the entire house, including the back patio and pool area. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with ROKU TV for your entertainment.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am.

Please leave the garbage cans in the garage as our team will move them to the curb on Sunday evenings using a garage door opener, ensuring minimal disruption during your stay. Trash pickup takes place on Monday mornings around 6 am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place the cans back into the garage. Kindly refrain from placing any trash bins or bags on the curb, as it may result in fines from the association. If you have time, we appreciate it if you could strip the beds you used and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets provided in each bedroom. Starting one load of laundry would be great if you have the time, but if not, no worries.

Please be informed that any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly provide us with a list of all individuals staying at the house, as well as the drivers of the cars that will require access.

The gas grill operates on natural gas. Remember to turn off all appliances when not in use.

Please be aware that the use of the spa is solely at your own discretion and responsibility.
