The longest term tenant who lives in the one of the upstairs bedroom is a quiet, friendly Navy veteran who works in the medical field and has two cats that stay in his room. The other upstairs bedroom is rented to another tenant who is active duty military. The master bedroom is rented to another active duty military with a friendly well-behaved dog. All current tenants work outside of the home.

This room is available now and has been professionally cleaned along with common areas of the home. Some tenant screenings and a $1000 security deposit required. If serious in renting the owner will reimburse majority of the screening costs. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit. Tenants are responsible for splitting utilities amongst themselves, but owner covers solar, HOA, quarterly pest control, landscaping and a portion of water costs to maintain landscaping. Lease is 1 year then converts to month-to-month.
