Great Duplex set back from street. 2 bedroom 1 bath. Stainless appliances. Upgraded kitchen and bath cabinets. All vinyl plank flooring. Nice large backyard deck that is fenced. Storage room with shelving, washer hook up, dryer hook ups for gas or electric dryer. Plenty of parking spaces. Great central location. I'm sorry no pets allowed.
