Payment must be certified funds - cashier’s check or money order.
Third:
Due with the signing of your lease is the:
$100 administrative fee.
$247.50 Carpet cleaning fee.
Rent and/or prorated rent.
Pet rent and/or prorated rent (if applicable).
Rental tax and or prorated rental tax (if applicable).
Payment must be certified funds - cashier’s check or money order.

Showings are 10 minutes long. Please do not be late, as we schedule back to back showings and will not be able to wait for you to arrive.
Step 8 - Decide to proceed with application process (no longer refundable) or have app fee refunded.
