This Cherry Hill home has some really great vintage touches and has also been recently updated! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has new vinyl plank flooring and new carpet in the bedrooms. It has been painted and the two bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen and hallway have vintage wallpaper that is amazing to see and touch. We ask that pictures not be hung on these walls. This home is walking distance to downtown in the quiet neighborhood of Cherry Hill. One bedroom and an office/den area are separate from the rest of the bedrooms making it perfect for a home office or guest suite. There is a detached garage with lots of extra storage. The large yard is fully fenced with a separate storage shed that was once a greenhouse. This home would be wonderful for a gardener! Pets are considered on a case by case basis. If you have a pet please tell us all about them and their training when you inquire. Pets may require a higher monthly rent and an additional deposit. Serious students may be considered on a case by case basis. This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood so only serious students will be considered. If you are a student or a share please tell us all about your group when you inquire. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, fridge all included. The wood stove may be capped, preventing use.
