This charming character-filled 2 bed one bath unit is located in one of La Conner's older historic homes. There is a free-standing gas fireplace on the main floor with original hardwood floors. The kitchen overlooks the back deck and contains all major appliances. There is a stack washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The larger bedroom faces the back of the house and has a bay window and open concept closet. The smaller bedroom faces the front of the house. The bathroom sits in between the bedrooms and features a black and white checked floor. Please no pets in this property. A PO Box is required in La Conner.

MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit or rent at lease signing. We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
