Verified residentReview source: verified residentWhen I first moved in there was mold in both bathrooms, my stove was not setup, my toilet had a leak, and there was paint and dead bugs in my carpet the first night. Also, upon setting up my insurance I was told one thing and then charged for it being wrong instead of it being corrected before getting approved for the apartment. The gym isn’t even functional, only one person gets a key fob, and I had to request maintenance to fix the same issues over and over again. In conclusion, this is a nice place, however, unfortunately my first time moving in was not what I expected as a first time renter.
