Cleaning for room is additional and optional. Rent is $1100/mo. Will need first month’s rent with security deposit $1000. $75 move in fee. Term is for a 6 months lease to start with the option to extend after the term or month to month for a temp situation can be considered.
I have 2 cats so must be ok with that. Not suitable to add another pet to the home. It will be me in the other room.
