If a resident applies with a pet and the pet does not meet our standard criteria, additional fees of $200.00 to $300.00 one-time administrative fee per pet may be issued or required due to the animal not meeting required compliance based upon third-party screening.
3) Deposits: $250.00 is non-refundable from each security deposit
4) Application fee is $45.00 per adult, non-refundable once application has begun to be processed. Any adult who will be occupying the property is required to submit an application.
