Fully furnished with all of the basics (as well as washer/dryer), this unit has everything you need to immediately feel comfortable and at home. Splashes of color at every turn, combined with stunning fixtures and historic charm, not only is this unit beautiful but it is also incredibly cozy. The large back deck takes in downtown with the stunning backdrop of the Utah Valley Convention Center. This is a birds eye experience of the downtown vibe you've been hoping for. Short Term Lease (1-5 mos.): - Utilities will not be moved to tenant name and will be billed back in one single charge. - Deposit is $500 with $250 being non-refundable. Long Term Lease (6-12 mos.): - Tenant responsible for moving utilities to their name, and added cost of city utilities and internet applied to ledger each month. - Deposit is same as rent (OAC), fully refundable after cleaning/patch/paint. - Community fee of $75 billed to ledger, to cover water/sewer/trash. - Internet: 1gb speed through Veracity. Billed to ledger at $60/mos. Short Term Fee: Based on lease term; see below: --> 1-3 months: $300/month --> 4-6 months: $200/month --> 7+ months: No added fee Pet friendly with additional non-refundable pet deposit per pet, and monthly pet rent per pet.
