- NO Smoking or Vaping on or in Property (Very expensive to mitigate).
- No assignment or subletting of lease

Fees Required for Move in:
- Rent $1,899.00 per month
- Deposit $1,899.00 = $600.00 fee / $1,299.00 Refundable
- Pet Deposit $500.00 per pet - $300.00 fee / $200.00 Refundable
- Renters insurance required, must carry 500K personal liability and list Property Management Company as an additional insured
- Residents responsible for all utilities including, Gas, Power, Water, Sewer and Trash.
