“Karla took me on a tour and she was awesome! I loved how chill she was but also very open to answer any questions and discuss my needs and concerns. She was very accommodating when I asked if I could go on a second tour with my daughter. Karla was great about pointing out the good things at the apartment without being too pushy. The complex has a lot of awesome amenities. It also looks like it’s on good repair and the apartment itself looked and smelled clean.”

“Place is a great home but parking is really bad, people park wherever they want and it’s hard to have to park away from you apartment especially at night time. Many people don’t follow the 10-10 noise rules, i’m not fully bothered by it on weekends but weekdays are hard when you work early.”
