Only appliances maintained are stove/oven and hot water heater. Any fridge/washer/dryer at move-in are not maintained per lease. The Owner has the right to remove items vs repair or replace. Every person over the age of 18 living at a property must submit an application; this includes college age kids included, elder parents, etc. $60 Application fee paid at the time of the application on the website. MUST have all supporting documents, DL, SSC, Paystubs on letterhead. Tenant will be responsible for reimbursing landlord for pool maintenance each month, invoice for cost will be provided each month, failure to do so will be considered a breach of lease.
