Teravista features newer homes with resort-style amenities in this master-planned community north of Austin. Rental properties typically include access to multiple pools, the championship golf course, and miles of walking trails throughout the development. The neighborhood provides excellent access to both Dell headquarters and I-35 connections to Austin, creating an ideal environment for tech professionals seeking suburban comfort with reasonable commutes.
Mixed-use development defines La Frontera Village, where this distinctive Round Rock community combines retail, office, and residential components in a walkable district. Rental options include apartments and townhomes in newer buildings with contemporary amenities throughout the development. While the neighborhood offers exceptional access to both major employers and shopping within the community itself, traffic congestion affects major intersections during peak hours despite the otherwise convenient design. Most suitable for professionals working along the I-35 corridor who prioritize convenience and contemporary amenities over historic character or maximum affordability despite occasional traffic challenges.
